We're seeking a freelance, remote Performance Marketing Manager for Vekstloop, an innovative Norwegian marketing agency. You will be the mastermind behind our clients' digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, focusing on optimizing for maximum ROI and driving tangible results.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.

Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure campaign alignment with client objectives.

Develop creative strategies and A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance.

Prepare and present performance reports to internal teams and clients.
