At Fronted, we’re hiring on behalf of Pexip for an ambitious early-career BDR who’s comfortable with outbound, enjoys building real conversations with customers, and wants to grow in a high-performing, office-based team in Herndon.

Relevant experiences
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (tech / SaaS preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ambition, self-drive, and resilience; comfortable with outbound prospecting.
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills and cultural awareness.
Comfortable working in a structured, multi-step interview and evaluation process.
Ability and willingness to work onsite from the Herndon office (office-first environment).
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not a hard requirement if experience and profile are strong.
Exposure to SaaS, Enterprise sales, or B2B technology environments.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and modern prospecting techniques.
For Public Sector role: basic understanding of public sector procurement, contracts, or government sales cycles.
Familiarity with Hubspot and/or other marketing/prospecting tools
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and engage potential customers through multi-channel outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video, and social selling).
Research and understand customer challenges, and position Pexip’s solutions in a relevant and compelling way.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality meetings (also for .
Collaborate closely with Enterprise or Public Sector sales teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in Salesforce, Hubspot and other sales tools.
Continuously optimize outreach based on performance data, feedback, and coaching.
Reporting line: Enterprise BDR → VP of Sales, Enterprise
Public Sector BDR → VP of Sales, Public Sector
