About the Role

Nexus Grid is at the forefront of transforming medium voltage grids through intelligent, AI-powered asset intelligence. As our Marketing / Growth Lead, you will be instrumental in building our brand and demand engine, defining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), crafting compelling messaging, leading content and event strategies, and creating growth funnels that convert into a qualified pipeline.

Reporting directly to the CCO, you will be a key player in accelerating our market presence and driving adoption of our innovative solutions among European utilities and Distribution System Operators (DSOs). This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your marketing expertise in a high-impact role, contributing directly to the energy transition.

Strategic Foundation

Define our ICP and develop core messaging that resonates with European utilities and DSOs.

Content & Brand Leadership

Lead content creation, PR initiatives, events, and manage digital channels to elevate the Nexus Grid brand.

Marketing Operations

Own and optimize our marketing operations stack, tracking funnel metrics, and iterating strategies for continuous improvement.

Sales Collaboration

Partner closely with the sales team on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and field marketing activities to generate high-quality leads.

Measurable Impact, Rapid Growth

Ideal Candidate Profile

Achieve MQL→SQL conversion rates of ≥20% with a CAC payback period of <12 months by Month 12.

Execute 3–4 impactful campaigns per quarter and manage an event calendar with 2–3 industry events per half-year.

Contribute ≥30% of new bookings through effective pipeline generation.
