Proven track record in building and scaling outbound-led growth systems for B2B companies.

You're comfortable getting your hands dirty — whether that's connecting tools via API, automating workflows with no-code platforms, or writing lightweight scripts to get the job done.

About the job
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build and scale our clients' revenue engines. This isn't a traditional sales role; it's about designing, implementing, and optimizing automated, predictable pipeline generation systems for a diverse portfolio of B2B companies. You will be the architect of outbound-led growth, ensuring our clients have the machinery they need to scale effectively.
Design and build automated outbound sequences and pipeline generation systems from the ground up.
Manage GTM projects for a diverse set of clients, including early-stage SaaS, B2B hardware, and established tech companies.
Analyze campaign and system performance, using data to iterate and improve revenue generation.
Act as a strategic partner to our clients, translating their business goals into a technical GTM strategy.
Own and extend Pipedrive as the single source of truth, integrating tools like Lemlist, Clay, APIs, and AI into one automated workflow

Launch signal-based outreach (funding, hiring, expansion triggers) and run rapid GTM experiments across ICP, messaging, and channels

Your impact from day one

First 30 Days
Deeply embed with your first client, audit their current GTM (or lack thereof), and present a detailed architectural plan for their new revenue engine.
First 90 Days
The first version of the automated pipeline generation system is live for at least one client. Initial leads are being generated, and you're actively iterating based on early data.
First 180 Days
You have a clear, data-backed view of the GTM engine's performance, having demonstrated predictable pipeline generation. You are now applying your learnings to a second client or scaling the first.
