What We're Looking For

3+ years in growth, marketing, or commercial leadership, preferably B2B.

Proven track record of owning and achieving revenue or pipeline targets.

Experience building a function from scratch or as a very early team member.

Sharp commercial instincts for market analysis, pricing, and positioning.

Strong writing skills for effective, conversion-focused copy.

You will work directly with the founders, owning the strategy, execution, and revenue outcomes to drive our product-led growth. As the Founding GTM Engineer, you will lead the charge in three key areas, transforming strategy into tangible results.

Growth Strategy & Execution

Own the full-funnel motion (positioning, demand gen, outbound, inbound, conversion, expansion) and set commercial strategy for segments, geographies, and messaging.

Building The Engine

Design and deploy a GTM playbook from first principles, launching outbound programs, content engines, partnerships, and event strategies to move pipeline. Build a credible brand for a $1T market.

Measurement & Iteration

Own key metrics (pipeline, conversion, CAC, payback, expansion), instrument the funnel, run experiments, and report cleanly to founders and the board.
