About the job

As the Customer Success Manager for Paralov, you will be the vital link between their platform and the Roblox creator community. Your mission is to be the unwavering voice of our users internally, ensuring their success and shaping our product's future by driving activation, retention, and growth.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all user inquiries, feedback, and support, becoming a trusted advocate for our creators.

Build and nurture a vibrant community across Discord, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, particularly collaborating with creators on short-form content.

Translate user feedback and community insights into actionable recommendations for the product and engineering teams.

Develop and implement strategies to increase user activation, measure product retention, and foster long-term user value.

Build the bridge between creators and code

This isn't just a support role; it's a strategic position at the heart of Paralov's growth. You will be the soul of their community and the eyes and ears of their product. You'll engage directly with passionate Roblox developers, understand their challenges, celebrate their wins, and channel their energy and ideas back into Paralov. Your work will directly influence their product roadmap, growth strategies, and the overall success of the creators Paralov serve. You'll be empowered to take initiative, experiment with new community engagement tactics, and build the customer success function from the ground up.
