About the job
This is a critical role at the heart of Fronted's mission. As we rapidly scale our global EOR platform, we need a domain expert to architect the future of our payroll and benefits engine. You will be the bridge between our payroll specialists and our product teams, translating deep regulatory knowledge into a scalable, compliant, and innovative global solution. This isn't an administrative role; it's a unique opportunity to step into product development and build the core infrastructure that will support thousands of employees worldwide.
Own the product vision and roadmap for Fronted's global payroll and benefits engine.
Work with in-house experts to consolidate payroll and benefits knowledge from disparate sources.
Translate complex international payroll regulations into clear product specifications and user stories.
Drive the strategy to move from manual processes to a scalable, automated, and product-led payroll system.
Collaborate daily with engineers and product managers to guide development and ensure we build the right solution.
