Relevant experiences
2-3 years of experience in a GTM, sales operations, growth, or outbound-focused role.
Hands-on experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and outreach automation tools.
Strong understanding of ICP definition, list segmentation, and audience targeting.
Comfortable running outreach sequences and writing sharp, concise outbound copy.
Data-driven mindset — you track what works, cut what doesn’t, and know the difference.
Prior experience at a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup.
Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Nice to Have
Background in LegalTech or has studied law is a strong plus — you understand how lawyers think and what earns their attention.
Experience with tools across the modern GTM stack (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, HubSpot, etc.).
Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting or personalisation workflows.
Existing network within the legal or professional services sector.
